An example of full services offered throughout a construction project:
Project Management for Construction Project
- Provide Client representation for contractor engagement
- Vet providers and provide Client with recommended Contractor list for the main trades: General Contractor, M.E.P., Low-Voltage/Data, BMS, Commissioning
- Review Construction Proposals: Scope Review, Cost Analysis, Recommendation
- Develop Responsibility Matrix
- Develop wholistic construction budget, including but not limited to: Construction Costs, Industrial Park site costs, Travel and any Client provided categories.
- Vet typical direct owner purchased items: Furniture, IT Active Device, Signage
- OFCI’s – Owner Furnished Contractor Installed
- Attend Construction Progress Meetings (~4/month or as needed)
- On-Site Visits:
- During Shell Construction, be on-site 1x/8weeks for one day. Visits to be coordinated, if possible, with Design review meetings and/or Client resources/requests.
- During Fit-Out, phase 1 (Structural/Rough-in/Pre-finishes).
- During Fit-Out, phase 2 (Finishes/Pre-Startup).
- During Start-up, phase 3 (System Check-Out, IOQ, Commissioning).
- Transfer Management:
- Provide coordination and project management for the transfer of assets from Client to the new site
- Assist Client with identification, attainment and coordination of local resources for the operational readiness for the site: HR, Safety, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Legal
- Transfer technical and managerial knowledge to local team
